Frankie screens across Europe
Frankie, a short film written and directed by Darren Thornton , produced by Calipo Picture Company (funded by IFB/RTE) continues to screen across the world. It screens at the Nice Short Film Festival which will take place 18th – 23rd October 2011. This year the festival is honouring Ireland with a selection chosen by the Cork Film Festival for a special retrospective of the best of Irish short cinema in the last decade. Then in November it screens at the Celtic Film Festival in Madison, Milwaukee, USA
